Royal Holloway, University of London International Study Centre, partner üniversitesiyle işbirliği içinde uluslararası öğrencileri İngiltere’de üniversite eğitimine hazırlayan bir hazırlık (pathway) kolejidir. Akademik veya İngilizce şartlarını henüz tam karşılamayan öğrenciler; Foundation, International Year One veya Pre-Master’s programlarını başarıyla tamamlayarak üniversitenin lisans ya da yüksek lisans programlarına geçiş yapabilir.
